Yoga is a practice of self-discovery. Working one-on-one means your practice is truly yours—built around your questions, your body, your life, and where you want to go.

This work isn't about mastering poses or checking boxes. It's about understanding how and why practices work, so you can practice intelligently on your own. We work with the full scope of yoga: movement that makes sense for you, breathing practices that change your state, meditation that is personally meaningful, and the philosophical teachings that help you see yourself and your life more clearly.

Whether you're new to studying yoga as a complete practice or you've been at it for years, personal instruction gives you the space to ask questions, explore what interests you, and develop real skill and understanding.
